Refund and Cancellation Policy - Texas Pounds Cakes and Catering

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must email refund@txpoundcakesandcatering.com in writing stating the reason for the refund request.

Perishable items (i.e. food, cakes, cookies, etc.) are exempt from refunds, unless the following applies:

The wrong item was provided.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Once a request for a refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to info@txpoundcakesandcatering.com 10 days before the date of the event.

Cancellations received up to Two(2) weeks prior to your event: 50% of your REQUIRED deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received less than Two(2) weeks prior to your event will forfeit the entire REQUIRED deposit.

Any catering orders received 10 days or less from the date of the event, must be paid in full and will forfeit the entire REQUIRED payment if cancelled.
